Because Pools Don’t Clean Themselves (Unfortunately)

A sparkling pool is a happy pool—but it takes more than a net and a bottle of chlorine to keep it that way. At Chameleon Pools, our service team handles the not-so-glamorous side of pool ownership so you can just dive in and enjoy. From routine cleanings and water balancing to equipment checks and seasonal openings/closings, we’ve got your pool’s health covered year-round.

  • Chameleon Pools & Patio has given us 5-star treatment from start to finish! And they continue to impress with their weekend accessibility whenever we have a question or concern. They promised — and delivered — such professionalism and quality with our 20’x40’ pool! The workmanship is second to none, and we heartily recommend working with the awesome team of Bob, Sam, Jake, Caitlin, Ciara, Mark, and Becky! They have the integrity that everyone hopes to find in doing business.

  • We recently switched from a different pool company that could not get our pool clear after it turned green. Chameleon turned our pool clear after one week and has been amazing ever since. They are reliable, clean our pool beautifully, and fix any problems that might occur without us even asking. Would recommend them to everyone we know. So pleased with their service and wish we wouldn’t have waited so ping to switch to them.

Construction FAQs

How often should my pool be serviced?

This depends on usage, weather, how much work you want to do, and how well the pool is protected. Typically, for most pool maintenance in Western NY weekly service keeps everything under control!

What is included in your maintenance service?

Our maintenance service typically includes cleaning (skimming, vacuuming, brushing), chemical testing and balancing, equipment inspection, filter cleaning, and ensuring the water level is correct. We also do full opening and closing services.

Do I need to provide chemicals, or do you supply them?

We supply all the necessary chemicals as part of our maintenance packages. That way you don’t have to buy or store them yourself. We ensure proper handling and dosing.

What happens if equipment breaks or something major arises?

If we find a problem—like a broken pump, filter issue, heater malfunction, etc.—we’ll notify you, recommend solutions, and can handle repairs. We believe in transparency and keeping you informed.
